Testing
PHF engages in high range testing of all hose assemblies and manufactured products. We have established a regime of 100% testing complemented with a full time Quality Control Officer. All testing completed in ourdedicated test station using specific test fittings and equipment. 
Pacific Hoseflex can test assemblies with the following meduims :
  • Pneumatically ( Air, Nitrogen )
  • Hydrostatically
  • Dye Check
  • X-Ray
  • NATA testing as required
Our procedures and practices accord with our quality programme, staff are trained and provided with correct PPE. The in-house activities have been independently evaluated by independent health and safety specialists
