PHF hose management system has been developed and implemented to address the needs of our clients. As required, we will review and refine to accommodate the specific needs of each client.
Our system incorporates :
  • A Fully developed database that is hosted in our scure server.
  • Utilizes a user friendly interface with customer portal pages that are multi browser compatible.
  • The customer portal is view only with a unique customer logoin.
  • Phf Administrator manages the programme with limited actions by other admin personal ensuring accuracy and security of data.
  • An email module (send / Receive) is applied.
  • Certification, tag information, pictures and related files can be attached for actioning.
  • Search actions - Customer detail - phone, fax, email, test details, assembly requirements, client specifications, hose condition.
  • Traceability - Information re test and manufacture dates, due dates, recall dates, scheduled maintenance, current loction.
Reports from our hose management system are developed to ensure clients are fully informed as to the status of their hose assemblies.
